With characteristic absurdity, after obtaining a degree in set design/ art direction, I turned towards documentary filmmaking, believing the narrative film industry to be wasteful and real life to be more interesting. This page consists of both fiction and non-fiction work.

noun
1) the wreckage of a ship or its cargo found floating on or washed up by the sea.
2) people or things that have been rejected or discarded as worthless.
A short, experimental documentary about the people that clean up trash during the biggest party in America- Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

Wade, 2011
Wade Wharton, a 3-time stroke surviror and local folk-art hero in Alabama, shares his whimsical garden and story. This was filmed 3 years before his tragic murder.
